Job Title: Zonal Performance Manager

 

The Zonal Performance Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and reach of educational centers within the zone. This position involves developing strategic plans to boost performance, productivity, and profitability.

This leader will be responsible for collaborating with senior management to define and achieve zonal sales targets and operational KPIs. They will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of all educational centers, ensuring seamless execution and productivity. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.

They will drive consistency by implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all centers. Additionally, they will drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals across the zone.

The Zonal Performance Manager will design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments. They will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.

They will lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams across all centers. Regular performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching will be provided to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

A culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development will be fostered. Center-wise performance metrics will be tracked, and resources will be aligned for optimum utilization.

High standards of customer satisfaction will be maintained across centers. Customer queries, concerns, and complaints will be addressed promptly and effectively. Regular customer feedback will be collected and analyzed to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.

Operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results will be reported regularly to senior management. Acting as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams will be crucial.

Representing the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone will also be an important aspect of the role.
