We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to shape the future of our organisation's structure, culture and workforce composition.
About the Role- Organisation Development:
- Lead the strategy for effective organisation design to ensure appropriate structures and processes.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to define organisational structures, spans & layers, and workforce models.
- Conduct organisational diagnostics, benchmarking, and workforce planning for agility and efficiency.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Design and implement a DEI strategy that embeds inclusivity in all aspects of talent management.
- Benchmark best practices and bring innovation in DEI to ensure industry leadership.
- Track and report diversity representation and inclusion index scores.
- Change Management:
- Drive change management programs to enable smooth adoption of new structures and DEI practices.
- Talent Pipeline & Workforce Engagement:
- Integrate DEI and OD practices into performance management, career progression, and engagement frameworks.
Requirements:
15 years of experience in HR, specialising in OD, workforce planning, or DEI.
Strong programme management skills with ability to execute global initiatives at scale.
Experience working with leadership teams during transformation projects.
