Technical Project Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects at the institute, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document, and manage the project.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders across different organizations.
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings, and presentations.
  • Help manage scope, timelines, and quality of research output in projects.
  • Recommend tools, methods, and processes to improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for project-related requests from stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams.
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and applications.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
