Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Data Management Group as an Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong background in financial markets and business research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling a team of researchers, ensuring the highest quality standards of financial, market, and business research. They will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our research content.

Data Management Group Overview

The Data Management Group is a strategic pillar of our research vertical, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and accuracy of our research content. We operate globally, with offices in multiple locations, and are recognized as one of Europe's fastest growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and scale a best-in-class research team with a remit to own the updates process for multiple regions globally.
  • Report to the DMG Team Lead and manage a sizeable team of DMG analysts and senior analysts involved in the updates process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience; latest in a mid-level role for a shared services/competence centre for Strategy Consultant, Global IBD, Big 4 or research centre based in India.
  • Previous experience and affinity with the PE & VC market is a plus.
  • Successfully managed a team size of ~10 or more FTEs.
  • Intrigued by and experienced in detailed company analysis and research.
  • World-class communication skills.
  • Bias to action – get a lot done with minimal effort.
  • Hands-on mindset – enjoy owning deliverables.
  • A positive, decisive, and empathic management style.
