Artificial Intelligence Researcher

About the Role:

We're seeking an expert Artificial Intelligence Researcher to spearhead the development of novel generative AI models. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking research in machine learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement AI Models: Develop cutting-edge generative AI models using techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Research and Development: Conduct extensive research on new methods for enhancing the performance and capabilities of generative AI models.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to optimize machine learning pipelines.
  • Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate and analyze the performance of AI models.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux for managing servers.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS AI services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical Approach: Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
