Job Title: Senior Trading Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trading operations professional to join our team as a Senior Trading Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Manage and prioritize tasks for the trading operations team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.
  • System Development: Collaborate with developers to design, implement, and maintain real-time trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.
  • API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs with internal systems, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol, to enhance trading capabilities.
  • Code Optimization: Continuously optimize and refactor codebases for high-performance execution, improving system efficiency and reliability.
  • Testing Frameworks: Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Production Support: Provide on-call support for production trading systems, troubleshooting and resolving incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Back-Testing and Analysis: Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools to support strategy research and development.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in our codebase, protecting sensitive information and maintaining a secure trading environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams and assigning tasks effectively, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages, with expertise in designing and implementing real-time trading applications.
  • API Integration: Experience with third-party API integration, including market data feeds and FIX protocol, to enhance trading capabilities.
  • Low-Latency System Design: Knowledge of low-latency system design principles to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Automated Testing: Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools, including design and implementation of testing strategies.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Security and Compliance: Understanding of security and compliance requirements in fintech, with expertise in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
