The ideal candidate will have expertise in Trade Credit industry operations and insurance, along with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on experience in supporting clients on Trade Credit operations for at least 4-5 years.
  • Develop strong background knowledge in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Maintain accurate operational data using client systems and Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
  • Ensure effective participation in calls and collaboration with global teams.
  • Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while managing operational inventory.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within operations.
  • Adaptability is key in working with US time zones during calls and meetings.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations supporting clients.
  • Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively participate in calls and collaborate with global teams.
  • Ability to manage operational inventory and meet defined SLAs.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to identify, implement, and manage process improvements within operations.
  • Flexibility to work with US time zones during calls and meetings.
