Job Title: Technical Lead

The Technical Lead is a senior-level position that spearheads the design, development, and scaling of fintech platforms. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, architecture, and development of fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Work with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 6–10 years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
