Job Description

As a senior finance professional, you will be responsible for leading debt raising efforts from financial institutions, AIFs, and banks. This includes negotiating term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.

You will also prepare comprehensive credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handle queries related to these proposals. Additionally, you will coordinate the execution of fundraising transactions from start to finish.

Furthermore, you will manage existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking. Your ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolios will be crucial in this role.

Interaction

As a senior manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This includes coordinating data requirements, compliance, risk management, and legal matters.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have a CA or MBA Finance degree and 6-7 years of experience in the NBFC or Fintech industry.

Skills & Know-How

Hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end is essential. You must also be able to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization. Strong analytical and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
