Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our core engineering team and drive the development of business-critical platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-scale, low-latency systems in e-commerce, quick commerce, food-tech, or fintech domains.

The selected individual will be responsible for architecting, delivering, and owning payment, catalog, logistics, and growth services handling tens of thousands of requests per second.

  • Maintaining a deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP
  • Driving engineering excellence through established coding standards, automated CI/CD pipelines, and championed observability and SRE practices
  • Leading and mentoring a squad of senior engineers; facilitating architecture reviews and hands-on pair design
  • Translating features into business impact: partnering with Product & Data teams to optimize conversion, retention, and unit economics
Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning architecture & delivery of high-performance systems
  • Designing, building, and tuning microservices, event pipelines, distributed caches, and cloud-native deployments
  • Establishing and enforcing coding standards and best practices
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members
