Role Overview:

This position involves leading the development team and designing, developing, and maintaining applications using various systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical designs and oversee integration between backend and frontend applications.
  • Review technical designs and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Manage workload distribution and task assignments, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.

Expected Skills:

  • Technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
