Senior Flutter Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled senior Flutter application developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Clean Architecture and Flutter internals, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern, user-friendly Flutter mobile applications that meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Implement state management solutions using frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Cubit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and ensure seamless code integration.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions to maintain exceptional engineering quality.
  • Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to guarantee code reliability.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, isolate model.
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Bloc / Cubit / Riverpod).
  • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus Points For:

  • Contributions to Flutter/Dart open-source projects.
  • Prior experience building apps for large-scale, high-concurrency environments.
  • Knowledge of plugin/federated architecture in Flutter.
