We are seeking a skilled Home Décor Manager to lead our product direction and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel and inventory systems.

About the Role:">
  • Leverage market research to develop buying plans and curate relevant product assortments.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and forecast demand for efficient stock planning.
  • Maintain trackers for vendor management, payments, logistics, returns, and damages.
  • Manage vendor development, negotiations, sampling, POs, and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing seasonal and category-wise buying plans, analyzing sales trends, and managing vendor relationships.

Requirements: We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Buying & Merchandising, preferably in home décor, furniture, or lifestyle retail. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and familiarity with B2C, experiential, or lifestyle retail formats are essential.

  • Develop and implement seasonal and category-wise buying plans (furniture, lighting, planters, tableware)
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and forecast demand for efficient stock planning
  • Maintain trackers for vendor management, payments, logistics, returns, and damages
  • Conduct trend and market research to curate relevant product assortments
  • Manage vendor development, negotiations, sampling, POs, and timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with stores and warehouses for stock audits, replenishment, and inventory flow
  • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams on launches, campaigns, and product uploads
  • Support design and content teams with updated catalogues and visual assets
