The role of Product Owner is pivotal in driving product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog. This ensures the development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog for assigned engineering teams, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on product roadmaps and business value.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team, participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for development teams' questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Create clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  2. Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and original requirements before releasing it to QA or production.
Working Together

This role requires effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and broader product teams to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks. A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and strong analytical skills are essential qualities for success in this position.
