Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

Acme-Services is seeking a seasoned professional to manage our treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise funds through various financial instruments and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and update the standard Treasury Docket regularly.
  • Resolve queries from potential lenders in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage post-sanction requirements and ensure loan documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth documentation processes.
  • Prepare and maintain Covenant Tracker reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Credit Rating Agencies to obtain necessary data.
  • Ensure timely receipt of interest payments and submission of periodic reports to banks.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with external agencies.
  • Maintain compliance with regular banking requirements, including information submissions and certifications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of treasury practices, banking regulations, and NBFC sector standards.
  • Excellent understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Superb communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to independently handle lender queries and requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
