About This Job

We are seeking a diligent Billing and Cashier Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments and managing cash transactions.

This position involves utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to identify outstanding accounts, generate bills and invoices, and deliver them to clients via digital and traditional services. You will also be responsible for reconciling payments with invoices, receiving and sorting incoming payments, and managing petty cash.

A key aspect of this job is attention to detail and strong analytical skills. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Additionally, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is required.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a B. Com degree and at least one year of experience as a Billing Executive in a large format store.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer payments
  • Manage cash transactions
  • Utilize ERP system to identify outstanding accounts
  • Generate bills and invoices
  • Deliver invoices to clients
  • Reconcile payments with invoices
  • Receive and sort incoming payments
  • Manage petty cash
  • Identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing
  • Regularly update receivables specific to customer
  • Answer customer inquiries and address problems
  • Submit daily sales reports to the Accounts team
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports and present to management
Requirements:
  • B. Com degree
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • At least one year of experience as a Billing Executive
