Job Title:

Assistant Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the organization's short-term liquidity through cash management.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts for accurate predictions and variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity to ensure timely payments and wire transfers.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and to facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
