Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of a ServiceNow administrator on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in establishing governance practices for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and management of the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices across various areas such as user and group administration, implementation procedures, system upgrades, performance monitoring, in-platform reports, dashboards, and advanced scripting for automation.
  • Lead multiple major platform implementations and upgrades for large enterprise organizations, showcasing project and release management skills.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in administering the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise setting (10,000+ users).
  • Deep expertise in core IT service management (ITSM) and configuration management database (CMDB), along with proficiency in modules like IT operations management (ITOM), IT asset management (ITAM), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
  • Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Angular JS for automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement complex integrations with both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Workday) using various API tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
