Hi Job Title ServiceNow DeveloperLocation Hyderabad Pune Bangalore Experience Level 7-12 years Notice Period Immediate to 15 Days We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management ITSM and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and custom API integration Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements Implement and manage ITSM processes including Incident Problem Change and Service Request Management Design and integrate custom APIs to enhance ServiceNow functionality Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow development Experience with custom API integration in ServiceNow Proficient in JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow scripting Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications e g Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment Please send your resume to Priyanka B natobotics com if your skills align with the requirements
