Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our ServiceNow Platform Engineering team in Hyderabad.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to contribute to the development of our ServiceNow platform and work closely with engineers, developers, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with platform configuration, incident/request management, and environment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve ServiceNow-related incidents and service requests within established SLAs.
  • Follow knowledge articles and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent support delivery.
  • Escalate complex issues to lead administrators or developers as required.
  • Monitor system health dashboards and address performance or availability issues proactively.
