Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Order Manager to lead the servicing of orders for regional sales teams in a defined customer service framework.

About the Role:

  • This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks dynamically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will own end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for the region, drive shipment planning with logistics teams, and mitigate risks/delays proactively.
  • The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting defined timelines, including artwork approval, batch size, and minimum order quantity.

Supply Chain Expertise:

  • We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities for implementing IT & automation in order management processes to improve supply chain visibility.
  • The successful candidate will drive the implementation and rollout cycle for IT & technology automations within SCM jointly with IT.

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting (VBA macros, Power BI) is essential.
  • Good understanding of supply chain essentials, preferably pharma, and SAP knowledge are required.
