Business Advisory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Manager to support internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations.

This is a critical role that involves ensuring processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform risk analysis across business functions, including supply chain, marketing, seller, customer experience, and technology.
  • Create efficiency in processes and ensure business impacts.
  • Assist in building and executing internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
  • Partner with functional heads to maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans.
  • Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams as needed.
  • Participate and drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, team player.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
