Lead Technical Architect

Job Description:

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled technical architect to lead large-scale consultancy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and regulatory strategy of complex projects, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement architectural designs that meet client requirements and statutory regulations.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and prepare architectural documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent technical clashes and resolve design issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep expertise in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office, with experience in project scheduling tools a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, including UDCPR, NBC, IBC, and NFPA.
