Job Title: Program Manager - Project Execution Expert

Deliver Software Engineering Projects with Ease

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear priorities, seamless execution, project success, and achievement of desired outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy and Planning: Define and manage program scope, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams, foster open communication, and facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Delivery Excellence: Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
  • Team Member Communication: Promote transparent communication between engineering, product, and team members, providing regular updates on status, risks, and program decisions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
