Job Title: Master Data Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Oracle ERP Master Data Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in MDM technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on data quality management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs.
  • Lead interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
