We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Placement Executive. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students. They will also collaborate with colleges, universities, and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation.

This role involves working closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in educational institutions, student services, or campus placement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students.
  • Collaborate with colleges, universities, and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for partner institutions and students and foster positive relations.
  • Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers.
  • Responsible for internship and final placements of students.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in educational institutions, student services, or campus placement programs is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. They will also be able to work independently and leverage technology effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace is required.

You must be self-motivated, empathetic, and committed to supporting student career success.
