Role Overview

This position is based at our partner campus in Mira Road, Mumbai, and focuses on fostering strong connections between students and career opportunities in data science, analytics and management.

Role and Responsibilities:

This role requires you to work from our partner campus located in Mira Road, Mumbai.


• Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students.


• Collaborate with colleges, universities, and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation.


• Serve as the point of contact for partner institutions and students and foster positive relations.


• Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers.


• Responsible for internship and final placements of students.


• Collaborate with recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and align them with student profiles.


• Arrange interviews, coordinate feedback, and facilitate communication between students and recruiters.


• Maintain and update records of placement activities, including student placements, employer feedback, and market trends.


• Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs.


• Identify training needs and organize training for student to enhance their employability

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Prior experience in educational institutions, student services, or campus placement programs is preferred.


• Background in student placement, career counseling, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition.


• Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and leverage technology effectively.


• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.


• Self-motivated, empathetic, and committed to supporting student career success.
