Business Development and Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Relations Officer, responsible for forging strategic partnerships between students and industry leaders.
This position requires a highly skilled relationship builder who can collaborate with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students.
- Develop, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and students.
- Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers.
- Responsible for internship and final placements of students.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in educational institutions, student services, or campus placement programs. They will also demonstrate strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
