We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related Integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to developer tasks, provide ServiceNow support, and engage in sparring activities with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Apply excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Possess knowledge on standard IT technologies and hold 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to end-users.
  • Ensure day-to-day technical tasks are completed on time.
Technical Skills Required
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
