Lead HR Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in driving transformative change within organizations, focusing on strategic workforce redesign and adoption of cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Gen AI-enabled people transformation services.
  • Pursue and deliver high-profile client engagements across industries, leveraging expertise in HR advisory, change management, and digital workforce solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with CXO-level clients, providing tailored guidance on organizational design, talent strategy, and behavior change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that drive business outcomes and future-proof workforces.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or human resources.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in management consulting, with at least 10 years focused on HR advisory, change management, or people transformation.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation engagements with significant commercial impact.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI applications in HR, workforce upskilling, and digital HR platforms.
  • Familiarity with change adoption methodologies and AI-driven workforce design principles.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR transformation drivers, Gen AI implications, and workforce change dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global clients and diverse cultural environments.
