Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead the examination department. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth, transparent, and efficient conduct of examinations and assessments in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of planning, scheduling, and conduct of university examinations (semester, end-term, supplementary, etc.).
  • Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the examination process.
  • Supervision of result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
  • Development and update of examination policies and administrative procedures.
  • Coordination with academic departments and teams for seamless examination management.
  • Implementation of digital tools and technologies to modernize the examination system.
  • Compliance with UGC norms regarding examinations and assessments.
  • Addressing student grievances related to exams and results in a transparent manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities.
  • In-depth knowledge of examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savviness with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management.
