Centralised Contact Center Associate
About the Role:This role is responsible for ensuring effective execution of duties within the assigned domain. The Centralised Contact Center Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance productivity
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve challenges in day-to-day operations
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and training to junior team members when required
- Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (qualifications may vary by job role)
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and proficiency in relevant tools and technologies
