We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to join our annotation team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading a team of employees in a dynamic environment and supervising them to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of 20-30 employees in a contact center environment.
  • Develop coaching plans that incorporate observations and key performance trends.
  • Lead by example, consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.
  • Work closely with key business partners to influence and drive results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a people management capacity in a large or multi-site inbound contact center or similar dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading in a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of contact centre management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the field of AIML - Data Annotations.
  • Project Management.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Quality Management Systems.
