Job Responsibilities:
  1. Drive technical design remodeling and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.
  2. Lead technology and architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation and code reviews.
  3. Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  4. Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality and security.
  5. Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ years of experience with good projects in blockchain products.
  • Hands-on experience in software development using ReactJS.
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
  • Good understanding of Docker/containerized application development.
