Job Opportunity: Technical Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for creating the technical vision and architectural blueprint for USS applications during the discovery phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical workshops to understand current systems and integration needs.
  • Develop high-level architecture of existing system and document the integration strategies.
  • Assess existing infrastructure and recommend optimizations strategies.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to detail out the current application components and integration.

You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve efficiency. Your expertise in Salesforce products, APIs, middleware, and integration patterns will be invaluable in this role.

Requirements
  • 8+ years as an architect with hands-on development experience.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Mandatory Competencies
  • Middleware - Integration Middleware - Informatica.
  • Middleware - API Middleware - API (SOAP, REST).
  • Programming Language - Salesforce - SAAS CRM.
