Job Description:

This role is focused on overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.

The Project Architect will be responsible for managing project workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and fostering effective collaboration between design and engineering teams to achieve high-quality architectural solutions.

A key aspect of this position involves conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, CAD, BIM, SketchUp, and excellent communication skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is essential, with a strong understanding of design principles, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving techniques.

Familiarity with large-scale architecture projects and experience working on complex building designs would be highly beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in BIM Software: Skilled professionals with experience in using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Graphisoft ArchiCAD, or other industry-standard software.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Knowledge of Design Principles: A deep understanding of design principles, including color theory, texture, lighting, and acoustics, to create visually appealing and functional spaces.
