Office Interior Architectural Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive commercial interior designer to lead the end-to-end design and execution of office premises.
This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to take complete ownership of office interiors - from concept to completion.
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations.
- Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
- Oversee and supervise the on-site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor budgets, material selection, and timelines.
- Ensure the final deliverables align with design intent and business needs.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
- Prior experience in commercial interiors is essential; residential interiors experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong design sensibility, project management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and site supervision capabilities.
