Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Solution Architect to drive the design and development of cutting-edge solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting end-to-end architecture solutions that cater to enterprise-scale applications, encompassing front-end, back-end, database, and integration layers.

This role requires an individual with strong technical expertise in designing solutions using Java Spring Boot, React, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and monitoring tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with product owners, business teams, and developers to translate requirements into technical design. Additionally, they will provide guidance on scalable mobile application architectures (Android/iOS, hybrid frameworks).

A key aspect of this role is developing integration strategies with legacy systems, external APIs, and government data sources. The Solution Architect must ensure security, data integrity, performance, and compliance with government IT standards.

Innovative thinking is essential, as the Solution Architect will drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and real-time analytics into solution architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years in designing solution/application architecture with strong delivery experience
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of scalable, secure cloud-native applications
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, API-first design, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Proficient in database architecture and optimization (SQL & NoSQL)
  • Experience designing for mobile platforms (native & hybrid) and integrating with web-based ecosystems
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, container orchestration, application monitoring and logging tools (like Prometheus, Grafana) and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, integrate, and apply emerging technologies to solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
