Job Title: Enterprise Service Now Solutions Architect

Description:

This role involves leading the design and architecture of enterprise-wide Service Now platform solutions. The architect will be responsible for defining the overall platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and Sec Ops. They will also have hands-on experience with Service Now scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

A proven track record of enterprise-scale Service Now solution design and integrations is required. Additionally, a deep understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management is necessary. Strong knowledge of data modeling, security models, and performance tuning in Service Now is also required.

Certifications in Service Now, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HR/CSM, etc.) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), are preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Service Now platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and other modules.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Service Now solutions that best leverage the platform's capabilities.
  • Define and enforce Service Now architectural standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development/configuration teams.
  • Oversee integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.
  • Drive automation, self-service, and workflow optimization initiatives within Service Now.
  • Conduct platform health checks, performance optimization, and security reviews.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create roadmaps for Service Now platform adoption and expansion.
