Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architecture Advisor to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, technologies, and best practices. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing strategic plans, and implementing solutions to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective enterprise architecture solutions
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects
  • Provide expert advice on technology selection and implementation
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology adoption
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in managing endpoint tools
  • Proven expertise in Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack platform foundation and administration
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, including JIRA and Azure DevOps
  • Experience working with IT service management platforms, such as ServiceNow and Remedy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
