We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expansion Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our business in West Bengal.
- This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to develop and execute an aggressive expansion strategy to achieve market penetration and growth targets.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing and potential business partners through consistent communication and marketing.
- They will also establish and lead internal functions including sales, marketing, customer relationship, operations, and fulfillment through logistics, procurement, and software platforms.
- A high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals will be recruited, developed, and led by this individual.
- Market research will be conducted to identify key markets, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to inform expansion decisions.
- Budgets will be developed and managed for expansion, and financial performance will be monitored against targets.
- Full-time BTech degree in any department (Mechanical / Metallurgy/Material Science Engineering preferred).
- MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strategic thinking capabilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in handling teams.
- Experience in managing P&L activities.
- Local language (Bengali) proficiency.
