
Lead Business Developer

Our expertise spans Debt Syndication, Financial & debt restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory, Engineering Consultancy-PMC Services and Valuation Services.
Position: Business Development
We prioritize creating knowledge pools on economically significant topics and have built substantial expertise across sectors.
The ideal candidate will:
- Elevate the growth of our product department within Mumbai
- Obtain mandates from Banks, FIs, NBFCs, ARCs, PEs etc for products from earmarked regions
- Develop strong relationships with PSU and Private Banks, FIs, NBFCs
- Finalize commercial terms for mandates in consultation with Vertical heads
- Coordinate with execution teams for timely mandate execution
- Be the single point of contact for clients
- Maintain market analysis and stay updated on current market happenings
- Submit final reports to ensure timely invoicing and client submission
- Collect payment for generated mandates
- Gather sectoral knowledge
- Keep bankers informed about new research reports/insights published by LSI
- Achieve targets set within specified timelines
Key skills include:
a) Proven experience in business development for advisory reports of TEV, LIE, ASM, and Valuation
b) Strong connections with PSU Banks and Private Banks
c) Excellent communication and pleasing personality
d) Around 10 years of experience in business development in the financial domain
