Job Title: Business Manager

 

This role is responsible for overseeing all business activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Major Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities and negotiate sales deals.
  • Sales and Purchasing: Procure high-quality plastic resins from suppliers in India and international markets, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to gather information on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Foster relationships with Indian resin producers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
  • Support Functions: Collaborate with the branch manager to oversee logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of current business policies and regulations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree preferred.
