Job Overview:

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation framework, establishing a standardized structure and driving differentiated rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement a Global Compensation Framework:
  • Create job architecture models for consistent job classifications, structures, and career progression paths.
  • Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness in the IT services industry.
  • Develop compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis for aligned compensation packages.
  • Administer global benefits programs ensuring consistency across regions and aligning with employee needs.
  • Provide detailed analytical support for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR Teams:
  • Recommend compensation solutions enhancing employee engagement and performance.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Manage and Develop a Team:
  • Lead a team of Total Rewards professionals delivering high-quality work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits role preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • Deep experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Strong background in global benefits administration, including design and management of benefits packages across different regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in compensation, benefits, or total rewards highly desirable.
  • Experience implementing and managing global compensation tools and software.
