Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Performance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset and experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have a proven track record of managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI. You should also be able to think strategically while executing tactically, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
