Job Title

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in handling the day-to-day operations of Meta advertising campaigns.

About the Role
  • Manage daily Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements to drive campaign success.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to ensure campaigns remain ROI-driven.
  • Collaborate with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in gaming / iGaming / entertainment verticals is a significant advantage.
