Job Title: HCM Technical Specialist

Hire an experienced technical specialist in HCM for a one-year contract, working remotely across Pan India.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCM extracts, API integrations, HDL imports, and Mulesoft experience is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • -HCM Techno-Functional Engineers with core expertise in HCM extract , HCM API integration , HDL imports .
  • -Oracle HCM Tech (Integrations, Data Conversion , Reports, Fast Formulas)
  • -Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • -Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity area in Oracle
  • -Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • -Mulesoft experience
  • -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • -Excellent communication and documentation skills.
