About the Opportunity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and production partners to execute creative concepts.
  • Lead strategic solutions for clients, developing concepts that align with their objectives and business goals.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ideate on concepts, using insights about the client, brand, and industry to create effective solutions.
  • Drive ideas forward, handling all aspects, and collaborating with the production team within set timelines.
  • Liaise with clients as the main point of contact, ensuring ideas and execution progress in sync with the brand vision and business objectives.
  • Braintstorm, collaborate, and drive innovation for projects, researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay inspired and ahead of the curve.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed campaign reports, capturing key learnings after each campaign or project.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or media.
  • Strong interest in culture, including pop culture and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world.
  • Teamwork: comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Work ethic: self-motivated, honest, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to meet expectations.
  • Getting things done: hands-on approach to making ideas happen, facing challenges with confidence, and finding solutions.
  • Always learning: able to absorb knowledge from clients, past trends, parallel industries, and team members.
