Job Title: Configuration Support Specialist

This role involves assisting system program leaders with global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily System Support: Provide assistance to users of the application via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues with users and software vendors.
  • System Administration: Update website information content, system data changes, and configuration modifications.
  • Configuration Changes: Assist with workflow tool setup and configuration changes.
  • Testing: Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Software Validation: Assist with validation and change control activities.
  • Reporting and Training: Develop charts, graphs, and reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools. Assist with training material development.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organization skills.
  • Team Player: Passionate about work and helping others succeed.
  • System Troubleshooting: Experienced user of Windows and MS Office.
  • SQL and Scripting: SQL experience required. Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint Experience: Familiarity with SharePoint.
