Configuration Expert - Ariba Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Configuration Expert - Ariba Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to join our team and play a crucial part in the configuration and implementation of Ariba solutions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Ariba configuration and implementation, supplier management processes, user training, and system integration. They must be skilled at providing technical support, resolving complex issues, and working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Ariba solutions in compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of project progress, tasks completed, and any challenges faced.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and user adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously enhance skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Ariba configuration and implementation (at least 3+ years).
  • Expert-level understanding of supplier management processes, including data analysis and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is highly desirable.
